🕒 Class Time Adjustments Reminder
This is a reminder that from next week Monday 2nd June, class start times for the following groups has been adjusted:
Novice
- Monday–Friday: 5:00-6:25pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 1:30-2:55pm
If your child was previously attending a Novice weekday class at 6:00–7:25pm or 6:30–7:55pm.
Those time slots have been discontinued and you will need to request a transfer into a new Novice class.
👉 Send your transfer request to bookings@animagymnastics.co.uk before next week’s class.
Intermediate
- Monday–Friday: 6:00–7:55pm
- Saturday: 11:00–12:55pm
Advanced
- Monday–Friday: 5:00–7:55pm
- Saturday: 10:00–12:55pm

☀️ Class Transfers & Holiday Planning – What You Need to Know
As we approach the summer holidays, many of our gymnasts are preparing to move up to the next class level.
At the same time, we know some families are planning time away, so we’ve put together everything you need to know in one place.
Who will class transfers apply to?
Children will begin attending their new classes from Monday 7th July as part of our class transfers.
Please see below the following classes that will be transferred:
- Children in our Pre-School class who will be starting school in September – moving into our Reception class.
- Children in our Reception class who are going into Year 1 – moving into our Beginners class.
⚠️ If your child currently attends a Pre-School or Reception class,
Complete the transfer form by Monday 30th June.

Should I top up my child’s account if they’re being transferred or if we’re going away for the summer?
Yes – we recommend topping up as normal.
Even if your child is due to move, their credits will move with them, so you won’t lose any sessions.
If you’re seeing a prompt to top up but will be away over the summer, don’t worry — you can still secure your child’s space without paying for the sessions you’ll miss.
⚠️ If you choose not to top up, your child’s space will not be held and you will need to manually sign up again via our website when you’re ready to return.
Simply submit your planned absences using our online form:
Once we’ve received your form, the system will credit the missed sessions and deduct them the next time you top up. That way, you’re only paying for the classes your child attends, and their space remains secure.
