Club Rules

Pick up & Drop off

It is strictly Pick up & Drop off for classes (in exception for Toddler sessions) unless if it is your child's FIRST session with us.
We reserve Parents/Guardian viewing weeks every half/end of term.

Lateness

Arriving more than 10 minutes late to a class will result in your child being unable to join in with the class for health and safety purposes,
Class fee for lateness is non-refundable.

Pick up arrangements

Please let us know if someone other than yourselves is picking up your child, prior to the class.

Under 5s

If your child is under the age of 5, you would need to stay in the building at all times in our waiting area during your child's session.

Contact details

It is your responsibility to ensure your child’s account is most up to date e.g. contact details, medical info etc.
Name is correctly spelt for certificates.
Gymnasium Rules

Generic Info

No Chewing Gum or Food/Drinks - NAMED BOTTLE, WATER ONLY.
No Shoes or Socks - SHOE RACK IS PROVIDED.
No Makeup or Jewellery - INCLUDING STUDS.
If jewellery cannot be removed, it will need to be covered up.
Dress Code
T-shirt, Vests, Sweatshirt, Shorts, Leggings, Joggers, Hair tied, Gymnastics specific shoes.
Hoodies, Jeans, Tights, Crop tops, Socks.
FAQs
Can I attend a trial session prior to booking for a term?
We do not provide trial classes.
However, we do offer the option instead to cancel at anytime
and we will happily refund any remaining classes of the term!
Please note: Refunds will not be issued if there are less than 3 weeks left of the term.
Can Parents/Guardian sit in and watch the classes?
We do not allow Parents/Guardian to sit in and watch the classes on a weekly basis.
It is strictly Pick up & Drop off for classes (in exception for Toddler sessions)
– Unless if it is your child’s FIRST session with us.

What if my child misses a class?

If your child misses a class, we can arrange a makeup class at an additional fee of £5
(subject to availability). This needs to be completed at least 24 hours prior!
Please note: If there is no availability, we regret to inform that the missed class will be lost.

How are payments made?
Bookings are arranged on a termly basis – with exceptions for Bank holidays, Half-terms, Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays.
What can my child wear? Is uniform required?

Uniform is not required, however we do sell Anima merchandise
for those that are interested in purchasing either in person or on our shop page here.

Is there Parking available?
Yes – we have free Parking on site everyday of the week!

Do you run normal classes during half terms?

We do not run normal classes during Bank holidays, Half-terms, Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays.
– These classes have automatically been deducted from the termly booking.

We do however run Holiday Camps for all Members & non-members that are of Primary School age.

How do I find out about any Club updates/changes?

We have monthly Newsletters to keep Parents/Guardians informed
on any updates during that month period.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a 10% siblings discount off the final price.
– Discount will automatically be deducted if booked on the same account.

We also provide a 50% discount to participants in our Intermediate & Advanced classes
for any additional training days they wish to attend.

My child was given the wrong/didn't get the opportunity to collect their Certificate/Badge from a previous term.
