General Rules

Pick up & Drop off: For all classes unless if it is your child’s first session with us.
(Excludes Toddlers Play and Toddlers Advanced sessions)

Lateness: Arriving more than 10 minutes late to a class will result in your child being unable to join in with the class for health and safety purposes.
– Class fee for lateness is non-refundable.

Pick up arrangements: let us know if someone other than yourselves is picking up your child, prior to the class either in person or via email.

Under 5’s: If your child is under the age of 5, you would need to stay in the building at all times in our waiting area during your child’s session.

Over 10’s: If your child is over the age of 10 and plans to go home on their own, we would need to be informed either in person or via email.

No Food/Drinks: Includes Chewing Gum – labelled & pre-filled water bottle only.

No Socks or Shoes: Includes Grip socks and Gymnastics shoes.

Hair: Needs to be tied back and kept out of the face.

No Makeup or Jewellery: Includes studs.
If Jewellery cannot be removed, it will need to be covered up.

Dress Code

Attending the following classes: Toddlers Advanced, Pre-School & Boys

T-shirt – Long or short sleeved
Vest
Sweatshirt
Shorts
Leggings
Joggers

*Boys are more than welcome to wear leotards with shorts,
but it is not compulsory.

Attending the following classes: All Girls – Reception to Year 11

It is mandatory for all girls to wear non-specific leotards during the classes.
Gymnasts are more than welcome to wear shorts or leggings over their leotards.

They may also wear a top over the leotard, but if it’s too baggy
and causes any issues, they will be asked to remove it.

FAQs

How are payments made?

Bookings are arranged on a termly basis – with exceptions for Bank holidays, Half-terms, Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays.
(Excludes Toddlers Play, Adults and Private lessons)

Is there Parking available?

Yes – we have Free Parking available on site.

Do you run normal classes during half terms?

We do not run normal classes during Bank holidays, Half-terms, Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays.
– These classes have automatically been deducted from the termly booking.

During holidays, we run drop in sessions for Under 4’s and Camps from Primary school age.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a 10% siblings discount off the final price.
– The discount will be automatically deducted if booked under the same account simultaneously.

Participants in our Intermediate & Advanced classes – we offer 50% off for a second class or 75% off for a third or fourth class!
