📝 Assessment Month
We will be carrying out assessments across all classes this month,
with the exception of Toddlers Advanced, Pre-School and Reception classes.
Our aim is to have all gymnasts assessed by the end of March.
📈 Results can be viewed via your HomePortal under the Competency section.
🔄 Class Name Changes
We have listened to feedback from parents and are making some adjustments to our class names to help simplify the programme and make it clearer which class is most suitable for your child.
These changes are designed to make our pathway easier to understand while keeping the structure of the programme the same.
Preschool Programme
- Toddlers Play (Walkers – 4.5 years) – Remains the same
- Toddlers Advanced (2.5 – 3.5 years) will be renamed as → Toddler Learn (2.5 – 3.5 years)
- Preschool (3.5 – 4.5 years) will be renamed as → Toddler Independent (3.5 – 4.5 years)
Recreational Programme
- Reception – Remains the same
- Beginners (School Years 1 – 6) will be renamed as → Fundamentals (School Years 1 – 6)
- Novice (School Years 1 – 4) will be renamed as → Improvers (School Years 1 – 4)
- Novice/Intermediate/Advanced (School Years 4 – 11) will be renamed as → Development (School Years 4 – 11)
🏅 Certificates & Badges Week
We will be giving out Certificates & Badges during sessions from Monday 23rd March – Sunday 29th March 2026.
📣Important!
Please double-check that your child’s name is correctly listed on your Anima account prior to the certificate week, to ensure their certificate is printed correctly. We don’t want anyone to be disappointed on the day!

🐣 Easter Weekend Club Closure
The club will be closed from Friday 3rd April – Monday 6th April 2026.
Payment Fee Adjustments
- 12-Week Block Bookings: Your class credit will automatically roll over to the following week.
- Direct Debit Members: Your fees will adjust automatically in the following month — no action is required.
💡 No Planned Absence form is required if your child’s classes fall within the club closure dates — these sessions have already been deducted.

🦶 Verrucas
Recently, we have seen an increase in the number of children attending with verrucas.
Children are still able to attend their classes as normal, however we kindly ask that:
- Your child wears a sock over the affected foot to help reduce the risk of contamination.
- You inform the coach in advance so we are aware and can manage this appropriately.
