📝 Assessment Month
We’ll be carrying out assessments across all classes this month, with the exception of
Toddlers Advanced, Pre-School and Reception classes.
Our aim is to have all gymnasts assessed by the end of January.
📈 Results can be viewed via the HomePortal under the Competency section once assessments are complete.
🇬🇧 British Gymnastics Membership
Every child must hold a valid British Gymnastics Membership, which is renewed annually each September.
- New starters should register under the Community Membership type.
👉 Register or renew your child’s membership directly with British Gymnastics.
⚠️ Please note:
Membership with British Gymnastics is mandatory. As the national governing body we are registered with, this membership provides essential cover and standards for everyone taking part — including insurance while participating in our classes — and helps ensure we meet safeguarding and welfare requirements.

⚠️ Payment & Fee Adjustments
- If you book in 12-week blocks, any credit will automatically roll over to the following week.
- For Direct Debit payments, fees will be adjusted automatically from the following month.
Please note:
Planned Absence forms do not need to be completed for the above dates, as the booking system will handle this automatically.

❄️ February Half Term
We will be running our normal classes during February half term.
If you are going to be away, please ensure you submit a Planned Absence Form at least one week prior to your child’s class to avoid disappointment.
🏅 Certificates & Badges from Last Term
- If your child did not collect their certificate during the final week of last term and is continuing with us,
they will receive it this week. - If your child is not continuing with us, Email us at bookings@animagymnastics.co.uk to arrange collection.
💪 Twice-a-Week Training Option
Available for gymnasts attending Novice, Intermediate and Advanced classes only.
- Twice-a-week fee: £150.00 per month
- Payment method: Direct Debit only
This option is heavily subsidised, allowing gymnasts to train more frequently at excellent value.
Please note:
Planned absences are not included in the twice-weekly plan due to the reduced rate.
