☀️ Summer Holidays & Class Credit Guide
Just a quick reminder for all our families:
Our classes continue as usual throughout the summer holidays, as our programme now runs year-round.
We understand that many families may be travelling during the break.
➡️ To help you manage your child’s attendance and keep their space secured, here’s a quick guide:
👉 For Families Paying via 12-Block Bookings:
Top up your child’s class credits now and submit a Planned Absence Form with all dates they’ll be away.
This allows us to mark the missed sessions and offer:
✅ Replacement classes (to be booked within 8 weeks from the Planned Absence date)
✅ Or, if not used, the credit can go towards a future booking
What to do:
- Top up your child’s class credits
- Submit the Planned Absence Form for all dates
- Want to attend Replacement classes before you go away?
Complete a Replacement Class Form (Planned Absence form must be submitted prior)
🧾 For Families Paying via Direct Debit:
You can submit Planned Absence and Replacement Class requests within 8 weeks of the planned absence date(s).
Replacement classes can be used either before or after the planned absence

📌 Key Information
If your child’s class credits run out, you’ll need to rebook manually on our website.
➡️ Please note we cannot guarantee space availability this way.
🎓 Preschool and Reception Transfers
If your child is moving into Reception or Year 1 this September,
Please complete the Transfer Form by Monday 30th June
➡️Transfers are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
📌 Key Information
- Top up the class your child is currently booked onto.
– We will transfer the class credits to their new class once the move is processed.
- We are aiming to transfer all current Pre-Schoolers (starting Reception) and current Receptions,
into their new classes to start attending from Monday 7th July.
- If you wish to transfer your child at a later date, please email us at Bookings@animagymnastics.
➡️ Please make sure to still follow the instructions by completing the Transfer Form and topping up your child’s class credits to secure their space.
📝 Assessment Week
Assessment Week will take place during the week commencing Monday 7th July – Sunday 13th July.
📌 Key Information
You can check your child’s assessment results online using your Parent HomePortal:

Once logged in, select your child’s name and click on “View competencies” to see their skill progress and assessment outcomes.
To move up to the next level, your child must achieve at least “Can do” on all the relevant skills in the second list. This tells us they are ready to take on the next level’s challenges.
➡️We do not assess those attending Pre-School or Reception classes.
🎖️ Certificates & Badges Week
Certificates & Badges will be handed out during the week commencing Monday 14th July – Sunday 20th July.
📌 Key Information
- If your child is not attending this week, their certificate and badge can be collected in a future class.
